I’m a Pediatric Nephrologist, completed my FNB, (Fellow of National Board, Pediatric Nephrology), post-MD-Pediatrics in India. Worked as an Assistant Professor – Pediatric Nephrology, BYL Nair Hospital, Mumbai followed by as Pediatric Nephrologist, at KEM Hospital, Pune. Further completed a 2 year residency program in pediatric nephrology and kidney transplant, at Montreal Children’s Hospital, McGill university, Canada Core Competencies include- Managing patients with Nephrotic Syndrome, AKI, CKD, AGN, CAKUT, Tubulopathies, Bladder dysfunction, kidney transplant, extracorporeal therapies, peritoneal dialysis. Performing acute peritoneal dialysis catheter insertion, temporary double, lumen hemodialysis catheter insertion. Supervising and monitoring CAPD, CCPD, acute and maintenance hemodialysis patients. Performing renal biopsies, therapeutic plasma exchanges for HUS, GBS patients.Prescribing treatment. Conducting patient education sessions.
