I am pleased to introduce myself as a dedicated Pediatric Nephrologist, having immersed myself in this field since 2013. My journey has been marked by a profound commitment to advancing pediatric nephrology care, and one of my significant achievements includes the establishment of an exclusive Pediatric Nephrology Dialysis Unit. Since its inception, this unit has successfully conducted over 15,000 hemodialysis sessions tailored exclusively for children. Notably, our smallest patient, weighing a mere 6 kg, underwent successful hemodialysis under our specialized care. My expertise extends beyond routine pediatric nephrology to encompass the realm of critical care nephrology. I bring extensive experience in utilizing advanced technologies such as Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), plasmapheresis, selective cytophoretic devices, and Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO). Additionally, I specialize in managing the complexities associated with post-bone marrow transplant, pre and post-liver transplant, and pre and post-kidney transplant patients. My commitment to advancing the field is evident in my contributions to international journals of repute, with numerous publications reflecting my dedication to staying at the forefront of pediatric nephrology research. Furthermore, I have had the privilege of serving as a reviewer for several esteemed journals, contributing to the peer-review process and maintaining the quality of scientific discourse in our field. I look forward to continuing my journey in pediatric nephrology, driven by a passion for enhancing the lives of young patients and contributing to the evolving landscape of specialized care.
