Trained from LTMMC( for mbbs), and GMC( for MD) and JASLOK( for DNB nephrology) Got Sir P N Berry scholarship from indian high commission Did a royal college fellowship from John Walls renal unit at Leicester General Hospital with Prof John Feehally Came back and started private practice and also set up Nephrology department at Wockhardt hospitals mulund mumbai, later acquired by Fortis hospitals ltd. Started with three dialysis machines to now a 30 machine unit doing more than 3000 dialysis a month Started there live and cadaver renal transplant and have managed more than 350 transplants till date Simultaneously also helped set up charitable dialysis units for Lions club thane khopat area and L&T charitable unit. Have been instrumental in setting up dialysis units in Bethany hospital thane and Fortis hospital kalyan and managing them till date Arjish Renal Care – clinic at thane and mulund, backed by Lab and concessional pharma support , since 2010 Run with the aim of – promoting preventive care for kidneys cost effective management of renal care Right advice at right time for better care Started a NGO in Jan 2012 ARJISH KIDNEY FOUNDATION, of which am the managing trustee, working with the aim of- GIVING IS THE TRUE ART OF LIVING.
