Dr. Kristin George

A keen clinician, trained nephrologist and kidney transplant physician from the premier institute of the country, All India Institute of medical sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. An expert in diagnosis and treatment of various diseases of the kidney including chronic kidney disease (CKD), glomerulonephritis, Acute kidney injury (AKI), hypertension, diabetic kidney disease and dialysis. Trained in various interventions like dialysis catheter insertions, kidney biopsy, peritoneal catheter insertions and wide experience in kidney transplantation including blood group incompatible kidney transplantation. With an interest in teaching and clinical research, was involved in training post graduate students in nephrology and have authored chapters and published original articles in national and international journals. Strongly believes in providing comprehensive care to patients of kidney disease while involving the patient and family in every step of therapeutic decision making.
