Dr. Hanny Sawaf

As a nephrologist at Cleveland Clinic, I have the privilege of managing a diverse range of complex kidney-related conditions, often requiring a multidisciplinary approach to provide the highest quality of care. My clinical interests include onconephrology, glomerular diseases, and diabetic kidney disease. Beyond clinical care, I am deeply committed to medical education. I actively contribute to the growth of future physicians by delivering lectures and mentorship to medical students, internal medicine residents, and nephrology fellows. My work extends to research, where I focus on advancing knowledge in glomerular diseases with our glomerular disease registry which I helped create and currently maintain. By bridging clinical practice, research, and education, I strive to make meaningful contributions to the field of nephrology.
