Dr. Abinet M. Aklilu

Abinet M Aklilu, MD, MPH is a board-certified Nephrologist at Yale School of Medicine and a Physician Scientist at the Clinical and Translational Research Accelerator. She works at Yale New Haven Health hospital where she sees adults with various types of kidney disease. Her research focuses on clinical interventions to improve patient outcomes in acute kidney injury and cardiorenal syndrome. She is also passionate about onco-nephrology and global health.
