Dr. Vinod Venkataraman

I am an experienced Senior Clinician in Nephrology, practicing high quality, evidence-based care for patients over a decade and with a natural acumen for leadership. I bring with me the confluence of extensive clinical and academic experience from the medical field and significant experience in leadership, management of people, projects and events from non-medical field. I am studying Master of Health Administration to bridge the gap in Health care administrative experience. I was involved in quality improvement role in the Department of Medicine. I invested significant time in developing myself spiritually, which I believe is my strength in facing stressful situations with a mature and balanced approach. Developing others, both in a team environment and individually has been close to my heart over many years.
