I am a nephrologist working for the NHS. I am passionate and committed to improving care delivery systems and patients’ experience in the NHS. I believe in bridging the gap between Work as Imagined and Work as Done by empowering more clinicians in taking up leadership roles in the NHS. I have developed a wealth of expertise in using the Structured Judgement Review (SJR) methodology to improve patient journeys across healthcare organisations.
