Dr. Tauseef Sarguroh

Preventive Nephrologist | DKD & Cardio-Renal-Metabolic Medicine | Clinical Research Board-certified nephrologist and internist focused on diabetic kidney disease, hypertension, proteinuric kidney disease, and cardio-renal-metabolic therapeutics. I serve as Medical Director of KCC Research, leading clinical trials and real-world outcomes research in nephrology and CKM medicine. I’ve been with Kidney Care Center since 2015 and remain passionate about bringing emerging therapies and research opportunities directly into everyday patient care. My work spans clinical medicine, research leadership, academic medicine, and industry collaboration. I served as Associate Program Director for Internal Medicine Residency and Chair of Research for GME at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields. I am currently an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at NCOM and faculty member at Midwestern and Des Moines University. I regularly present research at ASN and NKF and collaborate with industry as a speaker and advisor focused on advancing kidney care and translating emerging data into real-world practice.
