Dr. Kiran Shivaraj

I am a Transplant Nephrologist at the UF (University of Florida) Health /Halifax Health Center for Transplant Services, where I specialize in comprehensive kidney transplant care. My role spans the entire transplant journey, including pre-transplant evaluation, peri-transplant management, and post-transplant follow-up for both inpatient and outpatient settings.In addition, I serve as a General Nephrologist at Halifax Health Medical Center, providing expert care for hospitalized patients with kidney-related conditions.I have also received advanced training in Onconephrology, which has significantly enhanced my ability to manage kidney complications in patients with cancer. This specialized knowledge has transformed my approach to patient care, allowing me to deliver more nuanced and effective treatments.
