Dr. Jeffrey Packer

Prior to retirement from full -time clinical practice, I was the Co-Site Director in our Interventional Nephrology Program with expertise in all aspects of planning, creation and maintenance of the Dialysis Access. This is a fundamental need for any patient receiving dialysis treatment. Accordingly, my role also involves training others to perform these procedures and to work in the dialysis QAI process. I was also a faculty member at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix. In addition to my local activities, I also serve on multiple national committees involved in Interventional Nephrology, Dialysis, Quality Assurance and Outcomes and the business of healthcare. I continue to speak at a variety of national and international programs on these topics. Now functioning as a consultant for a large LDO.
