Dr. Sonja Golubović

I am a nephrologist with clinical and research expertise in autoimmune kidney diseases, particularly lupus nephritis and ANCA-associated vasculitis. My work combines patient-centered care, academic teaching, and participation in international multicenter studies. I currently practice at the Clinic of Nephrology and Clinical Immunology, University Clinical Center of Vojvodina, and serve as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Novi Sad. My involvement as a sub-investigator and study coordinator in several Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials has strengthened my interest in translational research and innovative therapies in nephrology. I am an active member of ERA, EULAR, ISN, and SLEuro, represent Serbia in the ERA Young Nephrologists’ Platform (YNP), and am among the founders of the Serbian Lupus Society. Through continuous education and collaboration with international centers, I aim to advance the understanding and management of immune-mediated kidney diseases.
