Dr. Punit Chhajed

I have a strong background and experience of 7 years in Pediatric Nephrology and a genuine passion for providing exceptional care to young patients. I have completed my medical training in India & Vancouver, Canada. Through these experiences, I gained comprehensive knowledge in diagnosing and managing various renal disorders in infants, children, and adolescents in different health care settings & models. Additionally, I became adept at performing renal biopsies, interpreting radiological imaging, HLA reports and pharmacokinetic studies, ensuring accurate diagnoses and tailored treatment plans. During my fellowship, I have honed a good research aptitude, analytical thinking and publication skills. Beyond my technical skills, I believe in fostering a compassionate and empathetic environment for my patients and their families. My humane communication skills allow me to effectively convey complex medical information to the families, ensuring they fully comprehend the treatment options and actively participate in their child’s healthcare journey.
