Dr. Olumide Ogundare

I am a hardworking, intelligent and highly skilled physician/nephrologist with a track record of strong professional performance, delivery of patient focused care with compassion, and adherence to evidence base practice. I have dual training in nephrology and general internal medicine, with experiences of working as a consultant nephrologist and general internist in many high performing hospitals in the United Kingdom. These gave me a unique ability and skill-set to provide my patients with the holistic care they always need. My passion is in leadership, education and service improvement. I have a MBA and several certifications in medical education and leadership. My leadership style is transformational leadership, with a natural ability to organise people and systems to achieve results.
