Dr. Keith Bartolomei

I am a nephrologist at Hypertension & Nephrology, Inc. (H&N), where I provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients with kidney diseases and hypertension. I have an MD degree from Albany Medical College, and completed my residency, chief residency and nephrology fellowship at Tufts Medical Center. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I have developed expertise in diagnosing and treating various renal conditions, such as chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, glomerulonephritis, kidney stones, and electrolyte disorders. I also perform procedures such as hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. I work with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and pharmacists to deliver personalized and evidence-based care to my patients. I am passionate about improving the quality of life and outcomes of people with kidney diseases, and I constantly strive to update my knowledge and skills in this rapidly evolving field.
