EN/ Management-addict and nephrologist, I have been planning the implementation of nephrology/dialysis care offers in sub-Saharan Africa for more than 6 years. After Senegal where I started this career, and after Benin and Rwanda, I am now settled in Gabon where I have recently accompanied the Dr Chambrier polyclinic in Libreville in the start-up of its new center of Nephrology/dialysis. Alongside my medical expertise, I provide organizations with advice, strategy, and the primary management of services offered to populations. I am convinced that, with innovation, disruption, whether technological or managerial, Africa can meet the challenges posed by the outbreak of diseases. A côté de mon expertise médicale, j’apporte aux organisations du conseil, de la stratégie, et le primo-management des services proposés aux populations. Je suis persuadé que, avec de l’innovation, de la disruption, qu’elle soit technologique ou managériale, l’Afrique peut relever les défis que posent la flambée des maladies.
