Dr. Benjamin Metzger

Dr. Metzger received his bachelor of arts from Columbia University and his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University. He conducted his postdoctoral training at Lenox Hill Hospital with a residency in Internal Medicine where he was named Resident of the Year, followed by a fellowship in Nephrology. Prior to completing his medical school studies, Dr. Metzger developed continuing medical education (CME) programs primarily in the area of central nervous system (CNS) disorders, and has co-authored journal articles and posters on nephrology-related topics. Dr. Metzger is the Medical Director at Global Education Group and was also the Medical Director at Aventine Healthsciences. Recently Dr. Metzger had the honor of receiving the Patient’s Choice Award 5 year’s in a row. He has also received a Compassionate Doctor’s Recognition Award in 2010, 11, 12 and 13.
