Dr. Andleeb Sherazi

As a board-certified Nephrology and Critical Care Medicine physician with a strong foundation in internal medicine, I bring a dynamic blend of clinical expertise, medical education, and systems-based thinking to my work. Currently serving as an Associate Program Director in the Department of Medicine at One Brooklyn Health, I lead with a passion for resident education, curriculum innovation, and quality improvement. With three years of attending-level experience, I’ve developed and delivered scholarly curricula in clinical reasoning, mentored residents through academic projects, and spearheaded workflow redesigns to improve patient safety and trainee wellness—often under significant operational constraints. My clinical practice spans the ICU, inpatient nephrology, and consultative services, where I strive for evidence-based, compassionate care that also nurtures learner development.
