Dr. Sarah Gordon

I have six years of experience as a staff nephrologist with the U.S. Army. I am board certified in nephrology and internal medicine. I am a flexible clinician and enjoy taking on a variety of different roles including hospitalist, nephrologist, and primary care. I also have clinical research experience; I am the primary investigator for 5 active protocols in the Walter Reed IRB, and have achieved 12 publications in peer reviewed journals. I am passionate about medical education and have a faculty appointment at USUHS in Bethesda, MD. I am currently active in teaching nephrology fellows, internal medicine house-staff, and medical students on subspecialty clinical rotations. I have active medical licenses in Maryland and Virginia.
