Dr. Kiran Goli

I am a Transplant Nephrologist and Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Penn Medicine, Perelman School of Medicine. With over a decade of clinical and leadership experience in Nephrology, I bring a strong commitment to advancing kidney care through innovation, education, and system-level improvements. Prior to joining Penn, I completed a Transplant Nephrology Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia. I have served in various leadership roles, including Associate Chief of Nephrology, Dialysis Medical Director, and Director of Healthcare Quality and Safety. My professional interests include Transplant Nephrology, POCUS, Quality and Safety, and improving care delivery for complex kidney patients.
