Dr. Daryl O. Crenshaw

Dr. Crenshaw is a Selma, Alabama native and has been practicing Nephrology in Thomasville, Georgia since 2007, where he is committed to delivering world-class, compassionate care to the residents of South Georgia and North Florida. His passion for education is evident in his dual roles as Clinical Professor of Medicine at The Florida State University College of Medicine and The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His clinical interests include APOL1-mediated kidney disease, obesity in African Americans with End-Stage Renal Disease, and unique acid-base and electrolyte disorders. Dr. Crenshaw also has national affiliations with Nephcure international, and serves on the Vertex AMKD Strategic Council. On a local level, Dr. Crenshaw has served as Chief of Staff of Archbold Hospital in 2021 as well as Chairman of the Archbold Hospital Board in 2024.
