-I am a clinician, healthcare leader, entrepreneur and mother with an expanded clinical skill set in Nephrology, Hypertension and Transplant Medicine .I am looking to network with like-minded individuals with whom I can partner to help each other grow professionally and personally and who share my vision of improving access to Transplant and Dialysis globally, especially for the underserved. -I am hard-working,kind and entrepreneurial as evidenced by setting up a new medical practice during my employment at a large regional Healthcare system and generating 1.05 M$ in revenue by the 3-year mark of full-time general nephrology work. -I have provided administrative and clinical leadership to improve patient care planning process, safety,quality ,patient rights and compliance ,Infection control practices as a Medical Director at a Large Dialysis organization(LDO) clinic. -I am passionate about advocacy for patients and early career/women physicians and have volunteered on American Society of Transplantation’s Trainee and Young Faculty Community of Practice as well as Women’s Health Community of Practice -My „Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology” (FASN) status represents recognition by the Society(ASN) of my outstanding credentials, high professional achievement, commitment to the field, and demonstrated scholarship.
