Prof. Jaiju James Chakola

I am a result oriented professional with illustrious career in leadership roles with prestigious hospitals. With a keen interest in diagnosing and treating glomerular disorders, acute & chronic renal failure with hands on training in dialysis (CRRT, SLED, HD and PD), adult and pediatric renal transplantation, I am recently pursuing Final Year DM Nephrology from Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai. Not limited by defined responsibilities, I am successful in not only providing high-quality pediatric services and catering to patient needs; but I am also aware of all aspects of Hospital Management including manpower planning, selection, facilities administration, cross-divisional coordination and liaison with external bodies for smooth running of the hospital & patient care services. Incisive thinking helped me with in handling the treatment and diagnosis of diseases; providing adequate consultations and referring to the specialist for complete cure of the ailments / diseases which aimed at the betterment of the health of children and new born babies. I have experience in participating in various Medical Education programmes for promoting healthcare issues and conducting regular health camps Keeping up an inquisitive & explorative attitude, this approach adds to the already immense potential for innovation that exists in the field of Nephrology.
