Hi, I’m Dr. Colette Lee-Lewis! With over 20 years of experience in internal medicine and nephrology, I’ve dedicated my career to helping patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), and those navigating life after renal transplantation. My mission is to empower individuals with personalized care, education, and support to live healthier, fuller lives. I have served as a medical director for several dialysis clinics and provided care for patients across 10 dialysis centers. Whether managing complex medical conditions, providing guidance through dialysis treatments, or supporting post-transplant recovery, I focus on building trust, offering expertise, and ensuring that my patients receive the highest standard of care. I’m passionate about improving patient outcomes through empathy and collaboration. From hypertension management to tailored treatment plans, I aim to help patients feel informed and supported on their healthcare journey. Beyond my work in the clinic, I’m committed to community outreach and mentoring future healthcare professionals.
