Consultant Nephrologist with 15 years of working experience in the field of nephrology. My area of interests are primarily in Primary Glomerular Diseases, Dialysis & Renal Transplantation. After completing my DM in Nephrology from prestigious AIIMS, New Delhi, I have served with Armed Forces and headed various nephrology centres. I was Head of Department of Nephrology at AFMC Pune & AH(R&R) Delhi. As nephrologist, I have treated patients of chronic kidney diseases, acute kidney injury, ESRD, glomerular diseases & managed patients on peritoneal and hemodialysis. I have conducted numerous live as well as cadaveric renal transplants. I have been performing invasive procedures like Vascular catheter insertions, native Renal biopsies, Insertion of peritoneal dialysis catheters, Angioplasty of stenosed arteriovenous fistulae, Subcutaneous vascular catheter insertions & Transplant graft biopsies. Throughout my career I have been involved in teaching of undergraduate, postgraduate and nephrology Residents & fellows.
