Paid plans change how visible you are — never our verification standards, medical review or clinical accuracy. A Featured slot is clearly promoted. No amount of spend earns a better review or a credential you do not hold.
For doctors we check the medical licence, NPI where relevant and board certifications. For clinics we check accreditation and licence. It is a factual credential check — not an endorsement of outcomes — and we say so plainly on every profile.
KidneyGlobal is a non-profit initiative moving toward registered-foundation status. We are not there yet, so contributions are not tax-deductible and we do not claim regulated-charity authority.
Health parameters are sensitive data under a consent-first, GDPR-aligned model. We never sell patient data, and no listing, lead form or sponsorship exposes it. Analytics are aggregate and anonymous.

No. Paid plans affect visibility and profile features only. They never change verification standards, medical review or content accuracy. Money cannot buy a better review or a credential you do not hold.
For doctors: medical licence, NPI where applicable, and board certifications. For clinics: accreditation and operating licence. Verification confirms credentials; it is not an endorsement of quality or outcomes.
You set your own fees. When a patient books and pays through the platform, KidneyGlobal takes a 10–15% service fee. Paid in-platform booking is a Featured feature; consultation payments are handled separately from listing subscriptions.
Always — clearly and up front. Every sponsored piece is medically reviewed before publishing, links use rel="sponsored", and sponsorship never changes clinical facts or editorial judgment. We can decline content that might mislead a patient.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. If you cancel a paid plan, paid visibility ends and your basic listing can remain live.
