Is my donation tax-deductible?
Not at this stage. We’re a non-profit initiative transitioning toward registered-foundation status, so we can’t yet issue tax-deductible receipts. You’ll always get a confirmation receipt by email for your own records — and we’ll update this page the moment our charitable status is confirmed.
Is there a minimum amount I can give?
No. Every gift helps — from a single small donation to a monthly commitment. You can also type in any custom amount that feels right for you.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. We email a confirmation receipt as soon as your gift is processed. It’s a record of your donation, not a tax document.
How will my gift help?
It keeps our kidney knowledge library free, funds the verification of the specialists listed here, supports patient tools like the tracking app, and keeps the platform accessible worldwide. See the „Where your money goes” breakdown above.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments run through a PCI-DSS compliant provider over an encrypted connection. We never store your full card details, and any personal or health information is handled under GDPR.
Can I give another way, or cancel a monthly gift?
Yes to both. Email give@kidneyglobal.org for bank-transfer details. And you can pause or cancel a monthly gift anytime from the link in your receipt — no phone call needed.
