I am an experienced American Board Certified Internist and Nephrologist with a Master’s Degree in Public Health and certification in the American Board of integrated and Holistic Medicine. My goal is to collaborate in the growth and development of programs for chronic disease management and wellness both at an individual as well as at a population level. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Professional – American Board Certified Nephrologist and Internist – Clinical nephrologist with over 10 years of practice experience – Transplant nephrology training at New York Hospital-Cornell – Master’s in Public Health from John Hopkins School of Public Health – American Board of Integrated and Holistic Medicine Certification – Practice as a hospitalist in the Meridian Healthcare System and Robert Wood Johnson – Direct a clinical program for hypertension and chronic kidney disease at the Parker Family Health Center for 12 years – Implemented quality assessment and improvement programs for hypertension based on national guidelines and best practices – Implemented a protocol for patient executed home ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and evaluation at the PFHC based on peer review literature and best practice.
